The ESRI Support web site provides a wealth of online technical support resources for all the ESRI GIS software products, including online documentation and help, a searchable Knowledge Base, user forums, and blogs.
If you cannot find a solution to your problem online and wish to speak to directly to a technical support specialist by telephone, do not call the toll free number at ESRI. Instead, place your request through the K-State GIScience Commons via email at gisci@k-state.edu or by telephone at 532-2718.
