GIScience Speaker Series
The K-State GIScience community is active in inviting speakers to campus through various seminar series sponsored by the Provost and affiliated academic departments. Past speakers have included National Academy of Sciences members and international leaders in GIScience research such as Michael Goodchild, Sarah Bednarz, Keith Clarke, Jack Dangermond, Ruth DeFries, Phil Gersmehl, David Maidment, and Dawn Wright.
